About

I am a retired forex dealer and forex trader who still enjoys following the most interesting business of foreign exchange. We live in the most interesting and dangerous of times and this is reflected in the activity in the forex market.

I worked in Asia and Europe for many years in the forex business. I retired in Thailand five years ago, over which time the Thai Baht has gained about twenty percent against the US Dollar.

That is a large enough increase to be noticed by American expats. The easiest way to change Dollars for Bahts is to go to the friendly ATM machine. Believe me you notice foreign exchange levels when it costs you more and more dollars to get the same amount of Baht over a five year period.

I use this true painful example to illustrate that forex transactions are an important part of money management even if at times you may not realize it. Forex exchange levels effect a great deal in our financial lives.

As the most liquid, largest financial market in the world forex is difficult to ignore. As a trading medium fx offers many interesting opportunities for profit.

And that is what this blog will be all about. Trading forex at a profit. I hope you find the contents useful.
